Ascot is a beautiful community located in Irmo, South Carolina off of Kennerly Road (between Hollingshed Rd and State Rd S-40-129). Ascot Subdivision was developed in the early 2000's and there seems to be ongoing construction in the neighborhood whether it is a newly built home or a renovation. The lot sizes are large and vary from one-half acre to an acre in size with luxury homes for sale that is well above the average for Columbia and Irmo that vary from 3,000 to 7,000 square feet in size with an average of about 4000 SF for the subdivision. Homes for sale in Ascot are of built construction and are traditional above-average homes. Home features include two and three-car garages(a few with 4 car garages) and large driveways so there is plenty of parking space for parking.
